Dr Karlyn Stols 

Karlyn graduated in 2014 (University of Pretoria Faculty of Health Sciences) and completed training across multiple disciplines in two military hospitals. 

 

She spent 4 years working for the South African Military Health service as a GP and medical officer in the emergency department
before moving to Ireland. Karlyn spent 3 years working in urgent and emergency care before moving to Ashbourne Family Practice.

 

Karlyn has completed courses in Palliative care and Aviation medicine  She holds the following qualifications:

• MBChB

• Membership Irish College of General Practitioners

• Diploma in Paediatrics

• Diploma in Obstetrics and Women's Health
